Move In	Wednesday, February 10 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM	All exhibits must be set by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, February 10.* If you cannot meet this deadline, you must request a variance. Please contact Darnella Bailey at 703-995-3883 or guexhibits@spargoinc.com by 5:00 PM ET on Friday, February 5.

Move Out	Friday, February 12 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM	Exhibits may not be dismantled before 5:45 PM on Friday, February 12. Early dismantling is prohibited. The official contractor will dismantle any remaining exhibits at 6:45 PM at the exhibitor's expense.
