Shipping to the Advance Warehouse

Shipments for the 2027 ASCO^® GU Cancers Symposium will be received at the Advance Warehouse from January 11, 2027, through February 3, 2027. Note: The Freeman warehouse will be closed on January 18, 2027, in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

• After February 3, 2027, a surcharge will be assessed.
• All shipments must be consigned c/o PDS/Freeman. Please address as follows:

• Exhibitors are responsible for all material handling charges.

Shipping to the Symposium Site

Shipments may arrive at Moscone Center West on Wednesday, February 10, 2027, between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Shipments arriving prior to Wednesday, February 10, 2027, may be refused and returned.

• All shipments must be consigned c/o Freeman. Please address as follows:

Shipping Information – Outbound

• All exhibit materials must be cleared from the exhibit area by 6:45 PM on Friday, February 12, 2027.
• Exhibitors are responsible for planning with their individual freight carriers. No arrangements need to be made in advance if you plan on shipping with Freeman Exhibit Transportation.
• If you will be shipping out with Freeman Exhibit Transportation or a carrier other than FedEx or UPS, please complete the outbound shipping form and return it to Freeman either in advance or onsite at the Symposium.
• Pack and label all your materials. Please see Darnella Bailey, Associate Exhibition Manager, to finalize the outbound shipping process before you leave the venue.
• Return your Material Handling Agreement to the Freeman Customer Service Representative onsite (if applicable).
