| Wednesday, January 28 | Reserve your Hotel by 11:59 PM (ET) |
| Tuesday, February 9 | In-allotment registrations must be submitted by 11:59 PM (ET) via the Exhibitor Resource Center After this deadline, in-allotment registrations will be subject to a $300 onsite processing fee |
