Filming Restrictions

Exhibitors are not permitted to film in the Posters, Exhibits, and Food Room. If you are interested in filming at the Symposium, you must reserve ancillary space and conduct any filming within that space. Learn more about reserving ancillary space.

Exhibitors are permitted to film within their own exhibitor meeting rooms. Please see the Meeting Room Guide (coming soon) for information on filming in a Meeting Room.

Only official media outlets can use the designated filming locations at the Symposium venue. This requires ASCO's approval. Please contact mediateam@asco.org.
